Being visually challenged, the support given by Liferay was hope for me during my difficult time when I was feeling lost after the impact of covid. Now, I am able to regain my business along with self-confidence to support my family and livelihood.
After 4 years, now he is very happy to earn at least 10rs on his own and he is proudly showing it to me. We are happy to do this together.
Liferay has given me a better understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities and the role that social workers can play in addressing those challenges. The skills that I developed during my internship, such as effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking have been invaluable in my academic and personal life.
During my internship at Liferay, I had the chance to get real-time knowledge about the issues faced by rural or underprivileged communities. It was also exhilarating to understand the impact a social worker can invoke on a community.
Liferay is very professional and resourcefully rich in terms of exchanging knowledge and providing community development participation opportunities to students. I could see students placed in Liferay to have developed networking with resources and apply and share the resources in the college. It excels in motivating students with experiential learning sessions on and off the field and through providing the best internship awards to our student interns which motivates them to perform better
